Can you make NPC's live on your lot??
I'm just wondering if you install a mod that allows you to have more than 8 sims living on a lot at one time, if you make those sims NPC's, will they still live on your lot?? I want to make a univers...

Unless the mod lets you do that, no. You need to control all Sims (but you can just turn on free will and they'll at least take care of their needs)
It's not possible to have NPCs in your household.
