Error code 110

Has anyone experienced error code: 110:b4748523:82af4633. I just made a new empty save file and tried to place a preivous household into this new save file. When i tried to load into their household i got the that error code and couldnt get into the household and play. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Update: I tried taking out every mod/script mod of my sims 4 folder regarding error code 110:b4748523:82af4633. Sadly i still couldnt enter the household and got sent back to main world.
