Is anyone able to tell me if the sims 4 can be played on a surface pro 4?

I'm not very good at computer stuff and knowing what is needed, I do know (because I read it off the side of the box) that the surface pro has intel core i5 processor, 128GB and 4GB RAM and has Windows 10 installed.

Any info would be much appreciated! 🙂
