Cannot access my DLC's in game

I’m experiencing an issue with my Sims 4 DLC. I own quite a lot of DLC packs, but when I attempt a fresh installation of Sims 4 through EA, I receive an error message stating that I need a newer or updated version of Sims 4.

1. Here’s what I’ve tried so far to resolve the issue:
2. I’ve ensured that the game is up to date by checking for any updates.
3. Reinstalling the game multiple times. 
4. I’ve verified the file locations for both the base game and the DLC. The EA client shows that I own and have downloaded all the DLC packs, but they are not accessible in-game.

Despite these steps, the DLC content is still unavailable, and I’m unable to use it in my game.

P.s. on the picture you can see the messages that pops up, I know for a fact that i own that pack.

Please help, any advise is welcome!
