Cannot bathe toddlers

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Latest as of Tiny Living
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try having anyone give a toddler a bath.
What happens when the bug occurs? When anyone tries to give a toddler a bath or if the toddler "asks" for a bath the adult will pick up the child and immediately put them back down. They will not walk to the tub with the child.
What do you expect to see? The adult being able to carry the child to the bathtub and give the bath
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I think this started with the patch that came out right before Tiny Living

    @KERRYKELLY123 Does this happen in multiple house or just a specific one ? Have you tried a fresh save that never had any mods in to see if it happens there too ?

    When I start a new game I don't have the issue so I have to figure out what else might be causing it. I do normally use CC and mods and was hoping they weren't the culprit here but looks like they are and now I get to have fun researching the problem. Anyway thanks for your help!
