I’ve never built a bundle before. Is there usually a wait time after a new pack is released or is it supposed to be available for bundling right away? I saw some people saying they bundled Island Living as soon as it was released.

Does anyone know when it will be available to bundle? I've been waiting to get this expansion but the better deal is to definitely bundle.
