I've tried multiple web browsers (including incognito mode on each), as well as the launcher. Yes, I cleared the cache for all of these to ensure it wasn't that. It's now almost two hours since the last region had the game released, and I and a few others still can't create a bundle. Has anyone else had luck since the complete release?

Yeah the option doesn't appear for me either and it has been released in the last region for a few hours... If it does work someone please let me know...
