Cannot buy this package issue

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.70.84.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? seasons snowy escape tiny living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My new pack game does not appear after I did the last update And when you look at the gallery where the package is used, it says you cannot buy this package.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

    @Duikenn 

    It says it is unavailable. There are several possible causes.

    Do you have a child account?

    Are you trying buy it with an EA Play account?

    What country are you in? It may not be released there.

    @Duikenn Did you install the game after you bought it? Did you play with it before the update?

    I ask because buying the game and installing it are separate activities. Once you buy it, you probably can't buy it again. But you need to go to Origin and have Origin install it.

    But if it was working prior to the update, then something else is wrong. I'd suggest "repairing" your game in that case to see if it fixes it.
