CANNOT CLICK ON ANYTHING IN GAMEPLAY IN SIMS 4! HELP!?
I have just gotten Sims 4 up this morning and I am unable to click on anything. Everything else works perfectly - CAS, movement. But I cannot click on anything at all!? Usually if you want to cook something, you click on the fridge or stove, right? Well I can't do that!? I have spent 2 and a half hours trying to fix it with a EA Advisor but nothing has worked. I want this fixed asap. Bare in mind I am not at all a technical person, so if you try to explain something, you gotta do it in baby talk XD Also, if I try to uninstall my game, and get to work, would I be able to get the game back again without having to use a different code? Would I be able to use the code that I bought Sims 4 with? Because that's what happened with me and the Sims 3. It had something wrong so I tried to uninstall it, then install it again. Then it wanted to code, so I put it in but it didn't accept it due to me using it already for when I first bought it. I really don't want to have to lose my Sims 4 game over this tiny glitch. I would like it sorted asap... Please someone help! :'(
