Cannot connect to Gallery

So I just got off the phone with another EA support person, and we actually found the fix for my problem. I live at college, and I connect to the internet via an Ethernet cable and an Ethernet port in my dorm. He was saying a bunch of technical reasons as to why that would cause an issue (related to how college Ethernet typically works), but regardless, he told me to switch from Ethernet to the wireless internet that I also can connect to at my dorm. I've switched between my Ethernet and wireless connections multiple times to test it, and every time I'm connected to Ethernet, I am unable to connect to the gallery, and when I am connected to the wireless internet I am able to connect to the gallery with ease. That's what solved it for me. Hope this might help some of ya'll too.
