Cannot connect to the ea servers for sims 4

Might be a server issue.

What country are you in ? Did you check if your Firewall and Antivirus are blocking the connection to Origin ?

England, but there was nothing saying it was blocking origin on the firewall, but there was nothing about origin

Origin is not blocked by the firewall and it still doesn't work
But it always says when I'm on origin im offline and I can't go online

Try starting Origin as administrator or in compatibility mode and if that also fails, contact a game advisor to make sure everything is fine with your account
