Cannot do anything cause my game thinks my sim is aging up

My sim wasn't even near her birthday, but decided to age up anyways. The result was a sim that didn't age up, and locks on absolutely everything. Manage worlds, build mode, the gallery and I coudn't ...

This is how game works when some sim in the area of your home just celebrates the birthday. Unfortunately, there is no other way but to wait until this sim disappears from the area. Sometimes it lasts from morning to evening. In my game it happened many times
