Merged a few posts that seemed the same issue.
Manual reinstall of Origin would have been my next suggestion too.
Could you also all list your Windows Version ?
Recently I started playing sims 4 again and started redownloading my packs and expansions I have bought. I have installed one of my packs successfully but the rest didn’t. I was downloading city living and I turned off my pc before it wasn’t finished. Later I had checked sims 4 thinking it was downloaded but on the startup menu it stated above city living icon that it was “available to download” so I exited the game and went on to origin. Nothing was paused or downloaded. I went onto the sims 4 tab and clicked to more and expansion packs. Other threads had stated that “if you wanted to download your expansion packs go to the more tab and look for your pack and it should say download” of course I found city living, but all it said was “details” and “purchase as a gift” so I clicked details but it only brought me back to the sims 4 section where I had to do it all over again. It did this with my other packs too. I really want to finish downloading my packs so if any of you can help it would be greatly appreciated 🙂
