Cannot Gain Vampire Lore Skill.
Created a Vampire Sim. She researched on her computer, then I purchased the necessary tome to continue to gain skill. It is now stuck at 24% on level 2--and she is stuck, and no longer gaining skill....

There's a bug with this currently if you don't own the GTW expansion pack.

No, I do not have that particular expansion pack. I'm sorry for not reading the submitted bug reports more thoroughly. Glad to know that I am not the only one this has happened to. Hopefully it'll be resolved soon. Thanks for the response!
