I'm having this same issue. I use AVGantivirus and the sims is fully set into the "allowed" permissions. I just wanted to log in quick to claim my weekly gift, but hopefully this issue is on their end of things and I can check back in a couple of days to see if it's resolved. I really don't want to start over with deleting/reinstalling :S

I think (hope) it's simply something wrong with their June 10 changes.
