Cannot save & play customized sims from gallery either upload them

I cannot save & play customized sims from gallery either upload them, it keep showing loading page. Only random sims from base game can be played. How can I fix it ? It's been like this for about two weeks.

Please also let me know what antivirus you use, if any. And if OneDrive is running at all, whether you actually use it or not, please let me know how much free space it has.
