I don't know if this will help but its just a tip, I was having the same issues after I downloaded a large group of mods from "KawaiiStacie" or KS. I ended up deleting them because they were the latest mods I downloaded before the glitch and it fixed it. I think one of their mods are broken and if you have any of them, I would remove them and wait for a new update on the mod. Once again this was just a tip 😛 I wish the best of luck!
(ALSO Check for updates on all Mods just in case, that helped me in the past.)
