Well first off all you are able to save your sim to the gallery which means you can play her but on a different world and other sims around the world can download her if you share it publically
The problem your having sounds like one to do with your mods so if i were you i would recommend checking your mod folder and taking out your mods too see if that's the problem if not it could possibly just be a bug with that world
Steps on how to access mod folder if you don't know how to:
1. open up the files aplication
2. Click on documents under This Pc
3. Click Electronic arts
4. Click Sims 4
5. Locate your "mods" folder which may also be named CC
6. Open that up and take the mods out of the folder and then try.
