cannot upload lots to the gallery/library

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble uploading any lot to the library or gallery. I can upload Sims, and rooms, just not lots. This has been going on for a while now, and I am at wits' end. I have reinstalled the whole game, deleted the cache, and done all the usual troubleshooting stuff, but still nothing.
