cannot verify the CD-key

I have your product of  "The Sims4". But i am having problems of verifing the CD-key.

The game I purchased is a limited edition and is sure to be a legal edition, and the game is with the CD-key information.

The problem i had with the game is while I click the "verifying the game", It turns out to be a notice: "The server is temporarily unavailable.This operation cannot be completed,......Please try later"

Please noted that I am using the Chinese version of "origin". The notice is in Chinese.

I tried many ways to solved the problem myself but ended to be a failure.

In all, I could not enter the CD-key I have because there is not any corresponding page to enter in the CD-key.
