Cannott find my product code

@onerebelgamer  When you buy a physical copy of Sims 4, the product code should be either on the back of the insert that comes with the case or on a small slip of paper inside it.  Did you buy directly from Amazon, as in, was amazon.com listed as the seller?  If you instead bought from a third party, it's possible that third party sold you a used copy or at least already used the code.

If you buy a digital copy from Amazon, I believe you're supposed to link your EA and Amazon accounts, after which point the game will appear in your Origin library.  It used to be that you'd receive a confirmation email, but I think that was changed in the last couple years.  Regardless, this only ever applied to digital copies of the game, not physical boxes that were delivered to you.

Anyway, at this point, you should contact Amazon for help.  You can say that you didn't get what you paid for because you need the missing product code to be able to use the game.

@onerebelgamer Go to Amazon and check your digital games and software. I just checked mine and the code is dtill there few the few packs I bought from Amazon. It's not in your purchase history but in a section like all your audio purchases.
