Can't access The Gallery
Whenever I try to go to the gallery in my game it just sends me to my library instead of the gallery, can someone help?

Hello,
I am also having the same issue, not being able to access the gallery. It will attempt to load then it will say try again or cancel. I have already removed the dnc cache, uninstalled and reinstalled Origin and Sims 4, removed the mods folder and still nothing. I have no issues with my security, I am of age, so I do not know what's going on. This started with I update the patch with the toddlers. Please assist, thanks!
Is online access checked in the options in the game?
