@jalen2k00  The EA App doesn't offer a way to change the install location after the fact.  If it's not too much of a burden, the best way to move the game to D would be to uninstall and reinstall.  You shouldn't lose any saves or other user data, all of which is stored in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, but make a backup of this folder anyway.

If your download speeds are too slow to make reinstalling viable, you can try cutting and pasting the game's program files to the location you want to use on D, then telling the EA App to download there.  The App may simply verify the files and finalize the install process rather than downloading everything from scratch.  But this isn't totally reliable.  Also, make sure the install location is inside a folder on D, for example D:\Games\The Sims 4 rather than D:\The Sims 4.

One other option is to move the user folder to D; this can be especially helpful if you keep lots of backup saves or have a large custom content collection.  This requires creating a symbolic link, as described here:

Let me know if you have any trouble with the process.
