Can't Change The Color of My Cat's Eyes/They're a Weird Color

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Get to Work, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Dine Out, Parenthood, Toddler Stuff, Kids' Room Stuff, Bowling Night Out Stuff, Laundry Day Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on a cat in CAS, try to change its eyes. Not sure if it'll appear for others.
What happens when the bug occurs? It only happens on one of my two cats. It won't let me change her eye color even when I'm in full edit mode in CAS. The bugged cat's eyes are also black. Like her fur. Which is really weird considering that isn't an option.
What do you expect to see? To be able to change the color of my cat's eyes. Plus they shouldn't be black.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The black and white cat works fine in CAS. The all black one, however, does not. You can't change her eyes.

*Note about the CC/Mods question

No, I currently do not have CC and Mods in my game. However, there is a quick story behind that. I used to have CC in my game, I'm not sure whether this bug occurred before or after my CC removal. I had to reset my laptop to default settings and completely wipe it. While I was able to move my saves folder and Tray folder to a flash drive and then onto my other PC, I deleted all my CC. While on my other computer, my black cat had the same issues. I couldn't change her eye color, and they were black. So now I've moved my game back onto my newly wiped computer and it has the issue as well.
