your computer is a bit borderline for the game. CPU and RAM are minimal and the graphics chip is below minimum requirements.
Not sure if that has anything to do with the issue though.
Can you try playing in windowed mode and see if that works better ?
Also check for newer graphics drivers: https://downloadcenter.intel.com

So I'm having the same issue with a portion of my screen not being able to click on on the right side of my screen. It only happens in my game and it only recently started. Ive tried repairing my game but nothing fixes it.

You might want to make sure you have the latest GPU (graphics card) drivers, otherwise the game misbehaves.
Additionally, if the above doesn't work, then try performing a clean boot before opening the game :3. It should help.

I'm struggling with this problem now. I'm on my mom's fixed computer playing on a friends profile. Here is my DxDiag
Hello! The fix to this bug (if playing on windows) is to click on the windows button on your keyboard (without closing out of the game or map screen) and click on the game again to resume. its less a game bug more your pc is glitching out. i have this problem with other games where it trys to click on other programs opened behind the game. Hope this fixes your problem!
The only game or application I have this issue with is the Sims.
