Can't Connect to Gallery In-game (6/16/2020)
Good Day! I am having trouble connecting to the Gallery through the Sims 4.
This is what I have done to attempt to fix the problem:
- Restarted the Game
- Restarted my PC
- Checked for PC updates
- Repaired Game
- Checked for Game Updates
- Removed Mods folder to the desktop
- Logged out of Origin and back in
- Confirmed Origin is not set to "offline" mode
- Confirmed both Origin and Sims 4 are permitted via firewall settings
- Confirmed my internet connection is functioning properly
- Accessed the Gallery through my browser (so it appears the Gallery itself is not down)
I ran a DXDIAG ( I know this used to be helpful. Forgive me if it is not)
