Can't connect to Gallery/upload Sims

I can't connect to The Sims 4 servers. I've tried restarting my PC, repairing the game and disabling Origin in-game to no avail. I was able to connect until yesterday. When I try now, it just says "Attempting to connect..." and nothing happens.

Folks, if you're continuing to experience connection issues after the 20th, please create a new thread. If you're not having Gallery connection or upload issues specifically, please also create a new thread describing the issue.

We'll keep an eye out and if someones gotten there before you and started up a thread, don't worry, we'll merge yours in with it.

I also can confirm that the connection is back again. Sad that I've lost all the saves and creations though...

that should not have happened. Your save folder should still be in the Sims 4 main folder in Documents. Might have something to do with the syncing of one drive...but that is a new issue and needs a new thread.

@ArmandGautier - sorry to hear that! @Nuke615 is right, Gallery connection issues shouldn't affect your saves or files. Please, open a new thread sharing as many details as possible about what happened since last time you played - hopefully we can find out what went wrong or how to avoid it from happening again in the future at least!

@SimQARobo Hey. I am having an issue still.. The gallery is able to load but the gallery is showing red X's. Thanks.
