Can't discipline animals

Hi!

I have The Sims 4 Get Famous installed and since then I cannot teach animals to stop doing certain behaviours. I've only been playing with cats so not sure if it's the same with dogs ( I assume so)

Say for instance a cat is scratching a chair, I no longer see the option to tell the cat off and to learn to stop this behaviour or whatever the wording is. It's very frustrating.

Anyone else have this problem or a way to fix it? I'm not playing with mods and I have tried to repair the game using origin.
