Can't do anything in CAS

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.63.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs that are currently out. Realm of Magic, Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, Vampires, Dine Out Moschino, Perfect Patio Holiday Celebration Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, it just started happening to my CAS today.
What happens when the bug occurs? CAS shows green grass with blue sky. No sims show up. Nothing happens when you click the different options at the bottom left.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to Create a Sim in CAS so I can play the game, but it won't let me
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The very recent update.

It would be nice if someone could help me with this.
I just got Discover University today by buying the box at Walmart and inputting the code. I also have the latest update downloaded.
However, when I open the game up and set the UI back to default, and click "new game," my game either crashes or something else happens to CAS. I attached a file straight from my screenshots to show what this means.
No matter what I press in CAS, nothing happens.

Most scripts mods and a lot of CC after the last patch are no longer compatible with the game. Kawai all mods need to be updated. The same applies to UIC mod, Sacrafcial mods. More CAS Columns mod, Zerbu mods, Little Ms. Sim mods and so on... So if you have any mods or CC
    1. Move the mods folder to the desktop.
    2. Find and delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder. Delete also all folders with the word "cache" in the name.
    3. Fix the game in Origin.
    Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
    4. Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if the game is working now properly without mods
    5. Check if there are new updated versions of the mods and CC you are using. (UIC and MCC there are new versions)
Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods one by one every time checking if the game is OK.
Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method. divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)

    I don't work for EA
