Can't download any mod at all
Hello, I have been trying to download mods for a few weeks now, however, I get start the download process but when I try to open it with rar, I get an error message "C:\users\downloads\insert mod file name ( 1 ) package The archive is either unknown format or damaged"
And before suggesting that I try and "repair the archive", just know that I did try that already and that didn't work.... I might have done it wrong so let me know if there is another way to repair the archive.
However, a few weeks ago I did find a file called "Userlock.data" (LOCK file) and I am not sure if that is preventing the files from downloading or opening in rar.

LOCK files signal to applications that a resource should not be used until the lock is released. This is useful for programs that need to prevent concurrent access to critical resources." I have no idea how to open the file and/or if I should. I am sure this is a headache and a half to look at, but I wanted to be as detailed as possible so if anyone knows the answer to it, they know what I am trying to say (hopefully)
