cant download ea app

Hi,

I can´t download the ea app. It says that it has already been downloaded to this machine and that I can either launch it or repair it. I tried both options and nothing happens since I dont have the app from the beginning. Deleted all my tries to download the app from the computer and restarted my computer several times but it´s not helping. Still cannot download the app...
