can't download Eco lifestyle to my USB Drive

So, I recently got a new computer, and new USB drive. I downloaded the sims on it, 29 packs worked, 1 didn't, Eco Lifestyle.

Whenever I go to download it, it shows shown error (Error.png)

Further more, when I go to the sims 4 folder, it shows it in a different style to what is was before (Sims4.png)

Then, I open SP09, and instead of showing all the files that make up that pack, it shows this, a bunch of folders named random characters (EP9.png)

I don't know whats going on, I just want to be able to download the pack.
