Can't Download Get Famous Pack (Please Help)

Hello people of the forums!

I'm hoping to get some help with a download issue regarding the Get Famous Expansion Pack, which as we all know, was released around two weeks ago.

I preordered it soon after it was announced, and I've been trying to download the pack for the past three days. Origin keeps coming up with this error message:

"We're sorry, Origin was unable to download your game. Please check your internet connection, or try again later."

My game was only showing a blank white screen, so I removed all my mods and that fixed the loading issue. I figured that might help when trying to download the pack as I thought mods might interfere with it. Removing all the mods fixed loading the game, but not downloading the pack. When that didn't work, I uninstalled and reinstalled Origin. That didn't work, either (with downloading the pack, that is). Now, I'm considering either repairing the game and all the packs I currently have, or completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game entirely.

My computer is a HP PC with Windows 10, and it meets all the system requirements. I live in Australia (AEST), and right now, it's 11:58AM, 27/11/2018. The download version I'm using is through Origin, and as mentioned before, I do use CC, but I moved all of it into a different folder in Documents.

• The Sims™ 4 Jungle Adventure
• The Sims™ 4 Outdoor Retreat
• The Sims™ 4 Spa Day
• The Sims™ 4 Vampires

SP:

• The Sims™ 4 Perfect Patio Stuff

My internet connection is perfectly fine, and as I said before, I've tried again and again for three days. Please help! I really, really want to play with this pack!
