Cant Edit Sims Appearance In CAS : SIMS 4

Ever since I updated my game when I go to create a new sim I cant change the sims body figure, facial features, etc. However I can change their outfits, hair, eye colors, brows, etc. Also before anyone asks I DONT have cc in my game.

    @kyl6e Moved this over to the Sims 4 board for you, as it doesn't seem to be an issue with Origin. 😉
    Hopefully someone here will be able to help, in the meantime I suggest checking out the stickies at the top of the board, there might be something useful in there. 🙂

    When you create a new Sim or an existing one ?

    Does no CC include no mods ?

    I don't have mods or cc. This happens when I try to create a new household/sim.
