Can't enable cheats?

Question

Recently I haven't been able to enable cheats. When I type in the command testingcheats true nothing happens but it's worked in the past. I have mods but I could still enable cheats and when the most recent update came I moved my mods to a folder outside of my EA folder. Is there a way I can fix this?

Could be the update messed with the mods. Could you remove those to test? (you can put them back if it's still not working)
