can't enter house, "go here", teleport, or go to work/school

Built a new house for a sim family I created and it is not accessible... but only sometimes. Mostly the sims generate behind the lot and cannot move. I cannot use the "go here" or teleport (right cli...

@SoyokoAnis Also disabled mods, tried to reset sims and neither worked.

    @NEMJWK Try a folder reset.
    1. Name you The Sims 4 folder in Electronic Arts to The Sims 4 Old.
    2. Open the game and see if this happens.

    If this still happens there is a problem with that save.
    Press +XP if it worked or if you need further assistance.
