I really wish we could figure out the problem. This whole thing has really bummed me out and I haven't even wanted to play because of it.

I assume you patched and it's still not working ?
delete the pool then add the ladder.
p.s. i know i'm super late but i figured other people may have the same issue. i had the same problem while testing cheats were enabled as well as some "third party resources" so did this and it was fixed.
