vulpinecowboy Sorry for the late reply. Have you tried completely bulldozing and replacing the lot in this save? It's worth saving, quitting, and reloading with the lot blank before placing your current build again.
If that doesn't help, try placing a different lot (and saving/quitting/reloading) before reimposing the original. If that doesn't help either, try this same build on a different lot in the same save.
You can always use "save as" so you don't overwrite your original save. Then when you figure out what you need to do to fix the build in this save, you can do only that and not anything else.
