I recently bought the sims 4 "get dating" and it's not showing up in the add-ons, it said I own it. Here are some things I have tried and failed.
Signed out/back in
Refreshed
Restarted computer
Uninstalled all sims 4 games and re-installed
Uninstalled origin and reinstalled it
I can't find the game, I need help.

deafnproud84 That bundle includes Get Together, Move Hangout, Bowling Night, and the Simtimates kit. It doesn't include Lovestruck. And under Manage add-ons, it won't show as a separate entry; instead, you'll see each pack listed individually.
If you already own some or all of the above packs, you may be able to get a refund. Even though Sims 4 DLC isn't eligible for automatic refunds, a support rep should be able to make an exception in your case and manually refund your money. You'll need to speak to a real person though, in real time, i.e. live chat rather than the email contact option.

deafnproud84 Phone support only exists in France and Germany. You'll need to use the live chat option instead. If you don't see it, choose a slightly different category of issue until it shows up. Or you can use the help site without signing in. Some categories allow you to proceed without an active login, and they generally offer live chat.
