Can't find mods or resource.cfg for Sims 4

Don't have Mods folder or resource.cfg

I downloaded The Sims 4 through first downloading the Origin Game Manager. When I go to The Sims 4 documents the mods folder isn't even there. How can I fix this so that I can play with mods and cc?

    Did you start the game at least once ?


    If so, could you post picture of your doc folder ?
