@3isb3rgg Have you tried searching for "Mods" or "resource," as in, the resource.cfg file inside the Mods folder? Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and use the search box in the upper right corner. If you find the Mods folder, please list the file path to the Mods folder; you can see it above the list of files and folders.
The above assumes you're on Windows. Please let me know if you have a Mac: troubleshooting the issue is a bit different in macOS.

If your mods are showing up, they MUST be there. Try this... This will work unless you moved your documents folder...
Hit Windows-R (Hold down the windows key and press R
Paste this in...%homedrive%%homepath%\documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods
If your documents folder hasn't been moved, it should open up your Mods folder.
