can't find my urn

What happens when the bug occurs? It only happened once, but I can't find my sim's urn
What do you expect to see? To find my sim's urn duh

I was playing Sims 4 on my PC when I got off to go do something. I left my game running so then the progress could keep running to get me farther into the game. After about 2 hours or so I came back to a work notification for the dad of the family, the type of one that pauses the game. After answering the question I go to the son, the most emotional when it comes to losses, seeing that he was sad. Hovering my cursor over his sad moodlet, at first I thought a dog had died. But then I realized that it said "Loss In The Family(From Losing a Sibling) It's hard to see those closest to us pass away. I then instantly freaked out, thinking that one of the older of his siblings had died(his oldest siblings are children, he's a young adult) but instead Camila, his baby sister, was missing from the family bar. When I had left my keyboard to go do that something, the game still running and not paused, she was still a baby but she was getting close to being a toddler. Idk if she became or toddler or not and idk how she died and idk if she was taken by the authorities. And most importantly, I don't know where her urn/tombstone is which I really want to know so then I can add her to the other deceased. Don't question why I made a graveyard I just do XD. Also, only my young adult Oakley is very sad by it and the others don't have a sad moodlet at all.In fact, none of my living sims have Camila in their relationships for some reason, despite them being connected by family.
