Household Relationships Not Working

They stopped working yesterday, and i deleted half my mods in order for it to try to work? I don’t know what i should be doing, i’ve seen other solutions to as just use mccc and fix it that way but I don’t know! Basically when I click edit relationships it won’t drop down like the walks would do.
