Can't find the Default ini file in EA App files

So I'm trying to access the default ini file but can't find it. I've searched online for answers and it gives answers regarding the ORIGIN App. Does anyone know where to find the Default ini file in the EA App files?

    @LittleLuckgal  The Default.ini file should be here on any type of install:

    [install location]\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

    The default EA App install location is C:\Program Files\EA Games, but you could have changed it.  To see where Sims 4 is actually installed, open your App library, click Sims 4, then select Manage > View properties.

    There is no Game folder in my The Sims 4 folder. Here is what the file looks like.

    @quebra-cabeçazaddict Oii!! pode me ajudar por favor.
    O meu arquivo bin eu achei e o arquivo default tbm. Oque faço em seguida? O updater que eu baixei os pacotes fala que está faltando. Como faço ele entender onde está o arquivo?

    If you'd like help from me, please describe your original problem, and also what you mean when you say O updater que eu baixei os pacotes fala que está faltando.  What is this updater, what packages are you downloading, and what does the error say?  The error itself can be in Portuguese; it's easy enough to plug the text into a translator.
