Gallery content gone

I bought a new laptop and after downloading and transferring all my save files and mods onto the new laptop I noticed that all of my gallery content was gone. Only the default Sims and lots were there. My account info is still there and the Sims I've uploaded to the gallery are there, but none of the things I've saved. Is this normal or is something wrong?

cheese_froggie I think you are talking about the things you had stored in your Library. So, when you transferred your saves and mods, did you transfer the Tray folder? That is where your Library files are stored. If you didn't, you need to go back and transfer the Tray folder over to your new computer.

Sorting was added to the Library recently, and the default setting sorts by popularity instead of newest. It deposited all the content I'd made into the bottom of my Library and nearly gave me a heart attack thinking it was gone. If it's anything like my situation was, changing the sorting option should fix it.

I was able to get all my things back by going onto my old laptop, uploading my Sims onto my gallery, and saving them to my library on my new laptop.

My library on the gallery was there this morning and now it’s all gone and my bio erased.

EDIT:: Last night after I posted on here, I exited the game and went back on to the same house and checked the gallery and everything on my page was back. So it’s got to be some sort of gallery glitch maybe.
