Can't find tombstone/urn

I was playing a Sim for several days who died in a fire. I took control of one of his lovers and moved them into the same lot, but when I did so all his furniture disappeared and I haven't been able to find his tombstone/urn. Would it have been moved elsewhere, and is there any way to find it? He still shows up in the new Sim's relationship list as a ghost, and I just received the "fading away" notification. I would like to be able to interact with the ghost (and possibly revive him?) if that's possible through the course of the game.

As a note: I am running base game Sims 4, Realm of Magic, City Living, Backyard Stuff, Movie Hangout Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, and Perfect Patio Stuff packs.
