Can't get camera to zoom out, trying to find hermit

My camera isn't zooming out far enough to get to the hermits place. I've done this once before, so I know I'm in the right spot and how to do it, it just cuts off all area after the top of the waterfa...

If you are talking about the Waterfall in the deeper woods the Hermits house is on the right you can not go further up from the waterfall as that is at the edge of the map.
