Community Admin@paigecarmody Hey, when the password was reset there's no need to create a new account. With your new password just log into the same account that was used before and the game will be there to download.
You can set Origin to remember the password/autologin, so there won't be a prompt for details every time someone wants to play.
The issue was that when the request to reset the password opened a new account was crreated because no one could remember the password. So since another account was created the activation code will not be accepted by Origin. Just to say, having to create an account for a game that I purchased and installed on my computer is freaking nuts.
A game advisor should usually be able to help you access your old account again if you can prove it's yours.
