Game is broken for most players. My game crashes in every 10-30minutes & nothing helps.

If you read comments or watch videos ect. you can see that most peolpe can't even play the game.

  • ShadowRoses03  If your game is crashing in the run of play, then you do NOT have the issue most players are reporting after the patch.  It would be best to create your own thread here describing your issue.  Please include a dxdiag as well.

The point was that this game is broken for most if not all players & ea or sims team doesn't say anything about it.

  • ShadowRoses03  The game certainly isn't broken for all players; I for one can play just fine.  I don't discount that many players are affected, but a loud substantial minority is not the same as "all" or "most."  And EA and the Sims team have absolutely posted about the issue.

The problem here is that relatively few players are providing helpful info about their particular issue.  How is the studio supposed to help solve these problems if no one will provide saves, for example, or describe the exact steps needed to reproduce a particular issue.  We (volunteers) are trying to help gather more info too, but we're not getting much traction.

As for my original point, it is also unhelpful to conflate separate issues.  A save refusing to load into any household and instead bouncing back to the world selection screen is very specific, and the way to fix it (if possible) is going to be different than any kind of crashing issue.  So people who want help with one and not the other would do themselves a favor to stay on point.
