cant install sims 4 after forgetting Origin password

My daughter brought the Sims 4 game.  She opened the origin account and installed the game ok.  She then didnt play the game for 3weeks and forgot the password.  She was then prompted to reset her p...

The issue was that when the request to reset the password opened a new account was crreated because no one could remember the password.  So since another account was created the activation code will not be accepted by Origin.  Just to say, having to create an account for a game that I purchased and installed on my computer is freaking nuts.

A game advisor should usually be able to help you access your old account again if you can prove it's yours.
